COEK ingredients: all 12 ingredients with per-capsule amounts
The ingredient list is the most direct entry point into a dietary supplement. This page sets out all 14 declared ingredient entries (12 distinct ingredients) in the COEK herbal capsule formulas: the raw-material form, the declared amount per capsule, which product it appears in, and the direction of the published research behind it.

2. How to read the amounts correctly
Four points make the difference between reading a label correctly and misreading it.
Per capsule is not per day
A label value is normally given per capsule. The daily intake is a separate statement: for both formulas the directions are one capsule before bedtime, so the daily amount is the figure that matters.
An extract ratio is not the same as an amount
A notation such as "10:1" describes the raw material — how much plant material corresponds to one part of extract. It does not change the declared milligram amount of the ingredient itself.
A compound formula is more than its total
Adding up the declared amounts of a compound product produces a single number, but the formulation is defined by the individual lines. Reading each ingredient line separately is the only way to compare two products.
Label values are cross-checked by release testing
The certificate of analysis issued by the manufacturer under USP methods tests parameters such as average fill weight and weight variation on the finished capsule. The label declares the ingredients; the COA verifies the finished unit. Each product page carries both tables.
